Question on Sage and Haup PVR350

New here and still haven't tried Sage but considering it. My setup is an Epia M1000 with the 1GHZ Proc (onboard Video) and the Hauppaggue 350.

Basically I just need a sanity check here. Since Sage supports the 350 with decoding as well, I'd like to output through that card. What I think though is that while I can view Live TV , and recordings through the card, how would I see the programming guide, and if I used a front end, like say myHTPC, would I need to still have my connection from the motherboard video into another AV on the TV?

I don't want a dual monitor system is what I'm saying so what kind of flexibility do I have and how would I set it up.

Thank you,
Stuart

SageTV 2.0 will support sending the Sage UI out of the 350. However, the 350 does not support sending out anything else. myHTPC, Windows, Etc. will not be visible out of the 350.

If you really want to use the 350 and need to use other applications you will have to go the route of dual output to your TV and switch between the two.
