Streamzap IR receiver and Harmony 890

I've got my Harmony 890 remote control working great with Sage6. I've programmed it with all of the Streamzap remote commands. I'd like to expand further, link additional sage functions with more IR signals, but Streamzap software won't relay non streamzap codes to Sage. Is there some way I can use the Streamzap receiver as a generic UIRT, or is there a way to connect my Harmon 890's IR extender module directly to a serial port on the PC (the extender has four IR blaster ports). I really don't even need the Streamzap system if I could interface the remote extender directly with the PC via 232 or UIRT.

Even though the Streamzap receiver is supposed to accept other IR code, you can't (I never succeed to do that, even after asking the SDK of the Streamzap remote)

I don't think so. If I understand the role of this extender, it's only a RF extender : it relays the RF signal of the remote to the extender and then translate it into IR.
