Verizon channel lineup changing

It appears that on 2/20 Verizon is going to change their channel lineup in Northern VA. How will this affect Sage? I read some threads about problems after the change but am wondering if there is anything I can do now to alleviate any problems.

Should I contact Zap2it to let them know about the change or contact Sage now to let them know? I finally got the wife to use this exclusively and if my daughter misses a new wiggles episode I'll never hear the end of it.

Channels already changed here in NY... They offset all channels by 10 (except locals). All I did was force an EPG update and everything was back where it belonged.
