PVR150 IRBlaster - no blasting

Sage is working well (with the help of Demo) except it cannot send IR signals with the builtin IR blaster of the PVR150.

Sage is able to find the IR Blaster, yet when using the wizard to choose a cable box to communicate with no IR signal is sent.

Attached are all logs.
2.6.18-3-k7
ivtv-0.8.2

Had to create the /dev/i2c*
Had to create a symlink from /dev/i2c/0 to /dev/i2c-0
(Appears sage will only look for /dev/i2c/0)

Does IR input work to control the SageTV user interface?

Hmm, the server only runs the Sageserver not a client nor even X.

Know of a way I can test that?

Is there a better option for sending IR commands from Sage Linux?

The posts I did find only said to use the IR blaster on the PVR150 due to LIRC not being reliable.

Please add debug_logging=TRUE to your Sage.properties (while server is not running) then send another log.

Got it working.

Had to create additional Dev ln's.

1 -> /dev/i2c-1
2 -> /dev/i2c-2

Using port 2 works.
