Added new Hauppauge card and now nothing

Help. I purchased a PVR-150 to be used with my 500 card. After I add the PVR-150, I do not get a picture from my 500 or 150. If I remove the 150, everything on the 500 works again. Anyone ever run into this? Do I need to remove the capture devices inside Sage and add them again?

Thanks,

Deliverer

Does Sage "see" the capture cards? If not, check mmc/ignore_encoders in the properties files to see if they're listed on that line. If so, remove them from that line (make sure Sage UI and/or service are shut down). If Sage can see the cards, are you not getting a preview picture? If so, continue with setup anyway and it should work. If none of the above apply and setup is normal, someone else will have to chime in.

Sage does indeed see the card. If I set it up and try to view a channel, I get snow on the screen. Also, I cannot tune to my other PVR-500 which is connected to two dish receivers. These channels just appears with a black screen.

Thanks,

When you say remove, do you mean inside sage or windows or both?
