Why would you run in clone mode? Can you turn on adapter scaling instead of default or monitor?

That's all off the top of my head.

SHS,

I got what you meant, I think. Cloning means both desktops will be the same size. Your TV is limited to 1024x768 by the graphics adapter. You could try power strip to override the adapter, but I am not sure how it will function with a TV. If you don't like how the image on the TV is not scaled, you can see if you can force the adapter to scale it down instead of not at all. It may not work in this fashion.

Is there a reason you must use cloning instead of 2 desktops separately?

I don't have a dual monitor Sage setup, but I do work with a dual monitor setup at work, have you tried multi monitor instead of clone. With nview you can also set it up so that a specific app will startup on the monitor you want.

Thanks polen but that not what I really want and I know I can that, I have plan for new 26/27" widescreen or maybe even 30/32" later on which I be giving my mom the RCA 27" tv but for now this 19" and 27" TV will have to do.
