Channel not correctly tuned
Hi,
I have a PVR-350 with SageTV5 (I also tried with SageTV4), and I have a channel that doesn't seem to be correctly tuned. If I get to the channel 14 with Sage, it appears in black and white with a snowy image, but if I get to the same channel directly from the cable using the TV's tuner, everything is fine. Is there a way to adjust the frequency of a channel? I'm using zap2it to get my EPG. Is there any link between this problem and zap2it? Thanks, Zack |

I've done a test using WinTV32, the software that comes with the PVR-350 card, and the channel 14 is perfect. So, the tuner of the card doesn't have any problem.

So no one have this problem?
I have almost the same problem with the channel 42. I'm in Quebec, Canada, and I cannot watch the channel 42 with SageTV but I can watch it without any problem with the tuner of my TV. Any idea? Is this a problem with Zap2It and the tv listing it provides? |

Among other possible threads, check out this one & look into its discussion about using FreqShifter to fine tune your channels to see if that helps.
