Multi-tuners... 1 box or two?

Ok, here's the deal. I have a PVR250 and a PVR350. They both have the heatsink, so I guess they are a similar revision. I'd like to stick them both in the same box, and use the Svideo out from the 350 for my display (so looking forward to OSD!!!). So my questions are:

1) Has anyone successfuly put a 250 and 350 in the same box?

2) Is there any use for the SVideo out right now? Does it work at all?

3) If I can't stick them in the same box, then do I need to buy a license for SageRecorder? It would be a real pain to seperate them into two boxes .

Thanks,
MP

You should be able to stick them in the same box. I know people running different revisions of 250's. Don't quite me yet though and way for a confirmation from somone doing it. It sounds familiar though...

You can run both in one box.

RE

I have both a 250 and 350 with the heatsinks running in my box. There is one issue right now. You have to leave software decoding enabled. The second you disable software decoding the machine will lock up if you try to change a channel or shut down. The hardware output can be enabled and it looks beautiful. I would imagine it will be fixed in 2.0 beta so you can disable the software playback and only be using 5% of the cpu in livetv.

Great, thanks guys. I'll give it a go tonight. Pity about the hardware decoding, hope that gets fixed. Looking forward to 2.0 .
