That was infuriatingly funny!

Please don't release it (or else we will just gripe about stuff that doesn't work, and complain about the stuff that we (knowing much better than you) wasn't included.. We are like that you know) until you are ready.

I know what I'd like to see...
Better archiving features.

A way to actually send recorded shows to archive.

Maybe an option in the recording settings to move to archive instead of deleting.

Maybe you didn't show us the whole picture. Is that really just a screenshot from this feature??

Well, I was asked to tease, so I'm glad to see you are having so much fun with it!

I'll have to say, though, that a Fossil as a Modern Marvel was kind of interesting.

I would rather see instead of all these nice features to have a working Wireless Media Player... I just hope it gets fixed with the 5.10. Onces I get that workign I m gonna be twices as happy with my SageTV, right now I've just got my Wireless MediaMVP getting dust waiting for a fix to come (it works great with Hauppauge, and Ive checked another open source PVR and they seemed to have the same problem, but a fix was released).

Then it should give you hope that a fix is indeed possible, and have confidence that SageTV will resolve it soon.

I hope it is out soon. I just lost a disk drive and had to reinstall everything. Now I have 20 channels without program data.
To get the data I have to remove those 20 channels, let it go for several days so the channels expire, and then add them back in. You have to let the data expire so that you get the third dialog box that asks for the Zap2It channel number.
I hope this is fixed in the new version.

I also hope they fix the program data doesn't tune the correct channel. It happens when the station broadcasts different sub channels during different parts of the day.
One channel does 22.1 (the analog simulcast) and 22.2 (HD) at night. During the day they broadcast four SD channels: 22.1, 22.3, 22.4, and 22.5. Sage just won't tune the correct channels.

Did you open an official support request for those issues in the past ? Just hoping probably won't be enough ...

Dirk

The day after tomorrow, 4 hours later than it is now. That should just about cover any possibility of tomorrow ever coming, or "now" ever becoming something in the past!
