Linux SageTV and the Hauppauge IR Blaster???

Hello all,


I have 2 Hauppauge PVR-150s in my SageTV machine (1 brand new, and 1 is about 2-3 years old) and I can't seem to get the IR blaster working, and the Remote only works with the older card, when i plug in the IR receiver into the new card it doesn't respond... Has anyone had any luck getting the Hauppauge IR Blaster working with SageTV Linux OEM edition? Or, can someone reccomend a UIRT?

My plan is to have 3 Hauppauge boards in my machine, hooked up to 3 cable boxes, then i can stick them all in my closet and get some SageTV clients and watch my recording from anywhere in the house.

Did you select the port correctly in the configuration?

The input is currently limited to the first card it finds but it should work fine to send codes on multiple cards.

I've tried every port available... nothing seemed to work.

Could you post the output of dmesg with the ivtv capture card detection?
