5.0.4 Tuner problem

I just upgraded to 5.0.4 (from 5.0.2) and I'm now having problems with recordings. I am getting the wrong channel recorded. When I try to view that channel (4) it shows the wrong channel (8 - which was the same one recorded). If I up/down shift the channel, the correct (5 or 3) channel shows. I then up/down shift back to 4 and it shows properly.

This was working fine in 5.0.2. I have made no hardware changes to my system. I do have 2xPVR150 installed (not a change). The "Always tune channel" option is set to YES (not a change).

Any thoughts on what I need to change?

I have noticed that from v5.0.3 there seems to be all sorts of issues with each releases. I have thus far gone back to v5.0.2

I have seen this twice since upgrading to 5.04, I can watch as Sage changes the channel on the recording. It has recorded the last few fine.
