This is my current remote wonder setting:

[Config]
;; Class name of sagetv application: used to determine if the app is in focus,
;; and is the target of the sendmessage functions
SageTvAppClass=SageApp
SageClientAppClass=SageClientApp

;; Class name of sagetv main window: used to determine if the app is in focus,
SageTvWinClass=sage.d <- This seems to have changed. What is it?

I think it is:

SageTvWinClass=sage.SpecialWindow

Remote Wonder and Sage 5

Sage 2.x had no issues. I've changed the SageTvWinClass(based on a suggestion by aperry), however, I've been unsuccessful at getting the Remote Wonder working correctly.

Has anyone managed to get this remote to work fully with Sage 5?

aperry is correct, for Sage 2.1 and higher, "sage.SpecialWindow" (as in the default ini file of the latest version of the remotewonder plugin) is the correct window class. Check that you don't have any extra whitespace around it if you are still having problems.

I was using an older version of your ATI plugin. All's well. Nielm, I too am a software developer and it is one thing to do something well for a living when you are paid, under the gun, etc...

But it is different when you do something as a hobby and it stands the test of time. I've written software that years later is still in use, but a goal of mine is to put out at least one personal piece of software that someone out there uses because it is just plain useful(or at least enjoyable).

One of your many contributions is this plugin. Years later and it is still going strong. You have my thanks and for what it is worth, my respect.
