Audio distorts with AC3filtre, but not without

Hi,

I have PVR350, and have been using it with no problem.
I installed AC3filter for 5.1.

It works perfectly with .ts files. However with Sage the centre channel is hot. I have turn off the auto gain, and lowered the centre volume, but it still is hot.

I have looked for the tweak tools to lower the sound level before it hits sage but couldnt find one for the 350.

Any ideas please?
