PVR 150 audio capture level

I have a vague recollection of setting an audio capture level during the initial installation of Sage. However I can't seem to find that menu/dialogue anywhere in the setup menus.

Can I adjust the audio capture level anywhere, or was it just my imagination?

I would like to adjust it because if I am correct and there is an adjustment I think I set it too high and am getting some clipping distortion in recordings.

Thanks for your help.

Russell.

You can download the Tweak Tool to adjust that, there is info here: http://www.shspvr.com/smf/index.php?...46415#msg46415

I had to change it, the volume was way too loud from my DirecTV STB and was causing distortion. I used the tweak tool to change it, and it works great now.

Did you have to re-boot to notice the changes? What setting did you end up at? What driver version?

Thanks,

P

I'm using the drivers that are on the CD that came with the card. I set the level to -5db from where it started. And yes, I rebooted the machine. I also found that for my set up, the Cyberlink audio decoders do a better job than the others, YMMV.
