Sage 4.1.13 == higher cpu utilization?

I have been watching my CPU utilization sit at around 50% all day today. Of course, I am not literally watching it there all day ;-) But I do see that SageTV.exe is consuming 48-50% of CPU resources wheneve I check system monitor.

I am running Sage in service mode if it matters. Anyone else seeing this?
