Any way to view recording history
I understand this is all housed in the wiz.bin file that malore found a way of viewing but was not allowed to distribute as per denial from Frey. Is there any other way to view a list of the shows that you have marked as watched?

webserver has a saved search for all watched shows
or enable unsupported extras, and in custom schedule views there is a viewing history page (by malore) Both use the published api

Selecting any TV show with the default STV will also give an option for "View Historical Airings", plus any search will have a "Past Airings" button if it finds such things. The search results can be filtered for watched/unwatched, etc. But, these screens may have a harder time finding _all_ watched shows than what nielm mentioned.
