something strange happened...

on sunday i tuned to the movie City Slickers this past weekend and i heard 2 audio feeds. One being the regular audio and the other being some sort of narrative of what was going on. It was actually kinda funny because i was watching the "running of the bulls" scene and i just thought sage was playing a completely wrong audio feed with the right feed. i changed channels and some channels were okay, and some had the same problem. I turned back to City Slickers and the opening credits were playing. If youve never seen it (shame on you, its a riot) there is funny animation sequence with a cowboy. Then i realized that the 2nd audio feed was describing the events.. so it was like "giant boot falls on cowboy.... jack palance... cowboy falls onto cactus... billy crystal....

ive remember reading posts about some people hearing the SAP feed at the same time. Anyhow this is the first , and so far the only time, its happened. i had to restart SageTV to fix it. (putting sage to sleep didnt reset it)

has this happened to anyone else?

This happened to me after I upgraded to the new 1.7.21199 drivers. I rolled back to an earlier version of 1.7 and the problem went away. Later I noticed some threads and possible solutions to the problem.
