Noise Line on Top of TV

Things are definitely getting better with the new setup, I have one question concerning a line of flickering/noise that is along the top of the CRT screen (27" Panasonic S-Video Input). Besides specs below, I am running the VMR9 Renderer, nVidia PureVideo Decoder, Weave DXVA Deinterlacing. I have played with alot of these settings including overscan settings. Nothing seems to fix it.

I did notice that some of the channels do not have this. Any suggestions.

thanks

See Small static on top of screen & adjust your Aspect Ratio Settings in Detailed Setup -> Multimedia. (Not Overscan -- that adjusts the UI.)

Bump the vertical up to 101% and fixed the issue right away. Thanks for straightening out my 'new guy' problems. Although, I bet a good part of your 7,000! posts are doing just that.

thanks
