Seeing how it's not been released yet, there's no way to know if it's even a good test-build... I'd be suspect in running it until there's a sticky about it in this section .

Oh yes, I just threw it on the server for a bit to see whats up. The weekend was a dead time for recordings so I had some time to play. Didn't see any new goodies, so it got rolled back to 4.1.4

A binary comparison of the the MVP.bin file showed that it was different from the one _DEMO_ released a while back, wonder what was changed there .

It fixes the problem with network encoders not being detected that I and apparently a couple other people had with 4.1.3 and 4.1.4.

So I'm happy. I was tired of running 4.0

Fast forward also seems to display the video now. Before with 4.1.4 and below the picture would freeze at anything more than x8.

I do not recommend using this build. This is NOT the offficial 4.1.5 build. If you've installed this one you will have to explicitly remove it when the official 4.1.5 build is released (should be today). An upgrade will not work.

Because they would be the same version number, so the installer won't be able to automatically uninstall the old one to install the new one. You would have to run the uninstaller first.

Well, I did have to drive home from work, so was off then, drove to get dinner (wasn't off, but wasn't watching either), and I did actually get some sleep .

Come on guys, give us update-junkies our fix.....

I just downloaded/installed *something* labeled 4.1.5 from http://www.sagetv.com/beta.html at 9PM this evening (01/17).

Is that the real deal?

I don't see any obvious changes...is there a changelog somewhere?
