running SageTV as service and using computer?

I'm still getting my system up and running..... but until it's done, I want to change the install type to 0 (Sage server)....

What do I have to put into .xinitrc to make Sage run as a service so that I can hook up an MVP and while running KDE?

The setmode script in /opt/sagetv/app can switch the mode.

You should look at the .bash_profile file to see how SageTV starts and integrate some other way if you want to use kde.
