Sage will not play/find mpeg-2 files.

I am totally new to sage, so any help would be great.

I have cyberlink powerDVD, and I can play the mpeg-2 files with that, but I cannot find or play them when I am using the sage interface. I know I am looking in the right folder, since I can play the mpeg-1 files that share the same folder as my mpeg-2 files.

Thanks.

Is this your normal Sage recording directory? Are Sage recordings playable with your external player? I think that Opus4 has mentioned that incomplete, and damaged Sage recordings do not show up by default. If this is listed as a recording directory, try changing it to an import directory in Sage and see if you are able to see the files then.
