Sage, ATI Pro 550, Switzerland
Hi guys!
I'm tryingto make the switch from Dscaler4 with a WinTV Go card to an ATI Pro 550 card and Sage. Unfortunately, I can't get ANYTHING to work so far. With the included PowerCinema program I was getting channels (that is, I got preview stuff during the setup phase - the setup program then crashed I decided to forget it). But with SageTV I'm getting absolutely no signs of life. When the program (set to TV tuner) goes through its preview thing during setup, I see nothing at all. When it downloads channels from tvtv.ch the channels are all listed. Then it churns its way through about 400 channels and chooses a bunch of them. But when I click on "view" I get "Watch request failed ERROR (-12): There was a null object requested to playback." Any ideas what my problems is? I'd like to see at least SOMETHING! Peace, Mike

The above is a sticky about PAL configuration. I dont know that it is your problem, but this may be a good place to start.
