Open any ports for my media extender?

I just got an MVP. Are there any ports I need to open for my media extender?

Server: AMD 3800 X2, 2GB PC3200 Ram, Hauppage PVR-500, 256 MB Geforce 7300 GS.
Client: Compaq R4000 laptop-AMD 64 bit 3800+, 1GB PC2700 Ram, ATI x200 express.

If you check the FAQ they are in there. I found it was missing the TFTP port of 68 though.
