MVP front-panel LED questions

This may be a feature request, in which case I'm happy to repost in the request thread.

- The MVP Extender software no longer flashes the front-panel LED when an IR command is sent to it. I always found this really useful. Is there a way to switch this capability on?

- The front-panel LED also does not extinguish when the power-button has been pressed. This is is useful because it guarantees just by looking at the unit that a live TV program is not being played when the unit is not being used (and thus isn't taking up lots of disk space and affecting IR). Any way to enable this also?

I also noticed the LED was not flashing like normal. I agree that it was helpful to know that the MVP had received the command. Especially since there is usually a second or so before the UI responds.

Nope, can't remember why, but there's a reason for both, I think it's that they haven't figured out how to make either happen yet.

When I press the power (off) on remote nothing happens. There is no way to shut down Media MVP; it has been on all day. And, as mentioned, the red power light stays on.
Also, when I first hooked Media MVP up on my newly built pc it would not work--just like others have mentioned, it would boot up the UI but would not play a video (black screen) and start to reboot. I switched to my original Sage machine and it works great. Just bought a client license today.
