Help with setup

Ok, I am having an install problem that I am hoping someone can help me with. I am hoping it is simple but my gut is that it is not.

My setup is this:
Asus A8N SLI Premium
AMD 4400 X2
2 WD Raptor drives in Raid 0
Seasonic S12 600W PS
Gigabyte Geforce 6600 GT
Power Color ATI 550 PCIe
Hauppage PVR 250
AverMedia A180
V-BOX Cats Eye USB2
MCE 2005 Rollup 2
nVidia Purevideo Decoder
Sonic DVD decoder pack

When I try to set up either of the HD cards Sage gives me this error:
"There was a Capture Error in playback. Details:
ERROR (-2,0x80004005): There was a problem using a SageTV component. Please re-install the SageTV application."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already. once using the SageTV install app to uninstall and the other two times using Add/Remove programs and then deleting the SageTV folder under programs files and each time I get the same error.

I have installed the aver media app and it works just fine and recieves all the channels I should get even the ones in true HD not just 480p. HD channels work in MCE and the analog cards in SageTV work just fine.

What am I doing wrong, what don't I have installed I have no clue where to go from here. I do have DirectX 9.0c installed and Java 1.4.2.

Thanks,
GeoffQ
