sage USB-UIRT missing first digit, changing too fast

I've had to reinstall my system from scratch, it was previously working quite well. Now though, when I try to change to a three digit channel, it always misses the first number (1). I noticed that now there is no delay whatsoever between the time I press Select on the remote to Sage trying to change the channel. I've messed with the delays in the IR file to no avail. Since sage doesn't "wait" to change the channel, the fact that the Select button hasn't been disengaged yet effectively cancels out the first digit. Is there any way to tell sage "wait 1/2 second before channel change"? I'm using sage 3.014....

thx

bump! Wow everyone's channel changing via UIRT is working like a charm? I'm the odd man out then. Is there a setting in sage to get it to "wait a sec" before trying the channel change? Can't figure out what else this could be....

May want to take a look at this, not sure if it's the same problem though...

Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having the same problem and can't seem to get it to work.

To repeat: the symptom occurs when merit settings are different between encoders and the Sage server function is enabled.

Hate bumping a sorta dead topic, but I'm having this same problem, more so now that I changed from using the streamzap remote + streamzap receiver to using a Logitech Harmony + USB-UIRT receiver (though I did have some issues with first digit skipping with the original config, but less common). I saw the note about it being related to server mode, but my server mode is disabled. I've increased the delays in the set up for controlling my cable box, but that doesn't seem to have helped.

I am stil lrunning 5.0.2. Was this fixed by 5.0.4?
