Error Setting Up HD Video Source
I'm installing my first HD video adapter (a VBox DTA-150) with SageTV v4.0. After selecting the "VBox Bic951 Capture" device in Sage, I select the "Digital TV Turner" as the input source". Sage then displays the following error message while attempting to display a preview:
There was a Capture Error in playback. Details: ERROR (-2,0x80004005): There was a problem using a SageTV component. Please re-install the SageTV application. I attempt to repair the Sage installation, and then uninstalled and reinstalled, but the same error displays. I have an anntena connected to the VBox HD card (a Radio Shack amplified indoor model). My machine is running Windows XP MCE with all the Media Center Services shutdown. I have a Hauppauge PVR 500 installed in the machine with two DirecTV inputs, and that is, and has been functioning properly for sometime. Does anyone have any ideas on what may be happening with the VBox HD card? -Kevin |

I get the same error when trying to setup either of my Avermedia A180's. I also have a Hauppauge 500 in there. I think it is some kind of conflict/problem with the 500. Though since all works fine in MCE it should be something Sage can work through.
