Sage TV 2.0 compatable cards

Is the ATI 550pro tv tuner card supported in Sage TV 2.0?

Also, is the hauppauge PVR-500MCE supported in Sage TV 2.0?

Thank you.

I don't think the 550 Pro is compatible with 2.0.xx, and I'm pretty sure that you need 2.2.x or better to get 500 working. Why not just upgrade from 2.0.x to a later version, 4.0 seems to be fairly stable for most people, and has a bunch of new features .

Here is the list of supported cards with 4.x. Looks like the 550pro is in there.

The upgrade from 2.x to 4.x is free.

v4 is fairly affordable for existing registered users... it doesn't cost anything to download & install other than online time.

Edit: I guess that question got answered!

oh wow, that's great haha, thanks for telling me.

While I'm here, I figure I'll also ask, when I install the 500MCE, SageTV will pick it up as two different tuners and I configure them individually just as I would with two seperate tuners correct?

Also, this shouldn't pose a problem with an old 1.2ghz celeron based compaq with 512mb of SD-ram right? I will basically be using it as a server and use the sage tv client for me and my friend from across the house.
