ATI Remote Wonder - AGAIN...
Ok, I've decided to build another PC based client so I can more easily watch .TS recordings on one of my HDTV's.
I was going to use my old ATI Remote Wonder 1 for the remote. However, the newest version of the ATI software 3.02 doesn't work on my machine. I've tried every fix/workaround on the internet I can find - no go. Does anyone happen to have the old 2.5 Remote Wonder software? Or other drivers/software that can make a Remote Wonder work? I also have a Streamzap remote, so I can fall back to that if I have to. I like the Remote Wonder's mouse support better though. Jason |

I have the solution to this. I went through the same thing about a month ago. I will post it when I get home later tonight.
You have to install X10 drivers, after you install 3.02 (even though it failed). Will send full instructions when I get home. |

I'm pretty sure that you can still download the old version from ATI's website (I vaguely remember doing it a while ago for someone). Either on the product selection page you will have a choice between Remote Wonder 1 or Remote Wonder 2, or when you go into the Remote Wonder download page there will be a link to old or archives downloads.
