Lockup When Adding Another Card

I am currently running a dual PVR-250 setup and am trying to add a third. When ever I have the third card installed, the PC will lock up (no mouse movement, no sound, picture freezes). I originally thought that it only happened when viewing live TV in full screen mode, but have been able to lock up the PC in both windowed mode and while at the home screen. One common feature is that live TV was being recorded. To me, this means that I have a hardware conflict, but I was wondering if anyone has seen this as well.

I have cleaned my drivers, using the steps provided by SHS, and am using the drivers from SHSPVR. Is this a case of needing to reformat and reinstall?

Curious about similar experiences.

I've had similar experiences... it may help to set disable_phase1_optimization to false in sage.properties.

Well, it worked longer but still locked up. I'll have to try something later. I really hope it won't result in a reformat.

Thanks for the information.
