Turning Down/Off Journaling
I decided to check how much disk space that I have available and discovered that I was using about 57GB to hold 16 GB worth of files. After looking around a bit, I found that the sagetv_0.txt file was a whopping 40 GB (I have an instance uptime of 1 day and 10 minutes). Is there any way to limit the size of this file? I like having the file there, especially for the beta test, but could it be limited to N entries or M megabytes (when it reaches the trigger point, it would shuffle the logs down as it does on a restart)?
On a related note, I tend to surf the channels quite a bit so may Video directory gets filled with small video files. When do these files get deleted? Having 4 GB of "surfing" files may be a problem in the future.
Thanks,
- Jonathan
