Adding another TV to Sage

I also have a TV in the bedroom that I would like to use to access Sage. I understand that by using the MediaMVP software I can do that by running the Sage Server. Will I be able to use the same remote that I use now through Girder and USB-UIRT? How in the world will that work?

The MVP connects to SageTV or SageTVClient running on some computer. (The MVP Client discussion has a link for instructions in the first post, just in case you hadn't seen it.)

For the remote: The MVP comes with its own remote (the newer 45-button version) and you use it to control SageTV while using the MVP. You would continue to use your other remote & receiver when using SageTV on the TV at the computer. Basically: your current remote has nothing to do with your MVP usage.

Could one use something like a 802.11g wireless access point to connect MediaMVP to? I have no way of running the network cable into that room as we use wireless internet everywhere.

Any suggestions for wireless solution?

Looks like about $75 with shipping on eBay. Do you know if the Hauppauge guys are planning a MediaMVP wireless version? That's probably the best way to go. I've heard rumors. Anyone have the inside scoop here?
