Generate XML files for each recording?

I thought I had seen it somewhere, but isn't there a way of having SageTV create an XML file for each recording/mpg file, with the same name?

I am running SageTV as a service, if this matters.

Thanks!!!

Cayars STV - Look in the detailed info menu, buttons frame, look for 'compress'. That's a good example of XML export. I exported that menu, then moved the widgets to the place I needed it for mine.
