RightClick ESC or Options in Sage Recordings Menu...
Click Sort By
Select Newest First or Oldest First
(note that Grouping may make the order look odd.)

thanks, but they're all still grouped by show title. is there anyway, to just look at them all in order?

also I probably should start another thread, but is there any way to know if I show I've manually selected to record has already been manually selected to record (but not yet recorded or seen)? sometimes shows air several times, and I don't want to record something twice or constantly be going back and forth between the live tv guide and my upcoming recordings list.

Just do what nielm said, but choose the grouping option.

If you look at the additional airings for a show, it will show the Manual Recordings with a red outline. (View the show's details & you will see the Addl Airings button.)

Simply go into the recordings folder and sort by Date Created.

I often do this with my Video Import Library so I can update my brother with the shows he has me record for him.

in the media library> recordings rightl click. there;s a choice to group by date and then a secondary choice to group by date (reversed). I didn't see that first choice last time. thanks- it's solved now
