IMDB Stuff
This may be a stupid question but if you have a movie on the system and you get it to do an IMDB check it brings up a nice page of info about the film in question kinda along the line of epg data. Is there a way to save this so the blanks are filled in without going back into IMDB?
The system in question is running SageTV 2.2 and Cayars 18E. Cheers, Chris |

I don't think there is any way at the moment, but I do think this is an excellent request now I think of it. So I second the request..
Maybe it could be implemented in the form of an save option in the IMDB Info page? |

The GBPVR is nice that it will look up the info and picture icon and save them in it's database automatically so that everytime you go to view the movie the IMDB info comes up automatically. Something on these lines would be a nice addition to Sage.

Technically it is possible, and it was on Cayar's todo list (so I was waiting for him to implement it so I could copy it into my plugin!)...

Would implementing this feature cost a lot of time? (if you are willing to take the time that is )

Before using Sage as my front end for my mpeg-4 shrunken DVDs, I used Extreme Movie Manager. With this program, you type in the name of the movie, hit search and pick the right movie from results (In case of remakes, ala Bourne identity).
Then it would get saved in an access database. It saved almost everything about the movie. The only thing I hate about Sage is that it does not have this feature.... Maybe somebody could create a plugin based on ExtremeMovieManager
