Lightbulb Best way to convert .mov

Hi,
I have a whole bunch of lessons for a class I'm taking that are in the .mov format. I want to convert them into a format compatible with sage and move them into the "Impoted Video" section.

Any advice given the fact that I also use an MVP?

Thanks,

Look around for the quicktime plugin. I use it, it works good.

i use riverfast to do the same and convert my *.mov files captured by my mpeg4 recording digital camera to straight .avi files for use in sage.

winavi is also a good program for converting to dvd compliant format and burning in almost a one click process.
