Ghost channels in Channel setup
Hi all,
I got a small problem with "ghost" channels in my Channel setup. I'm using XMLTV and SageTV 2.1 with Cayars STV 13 (I think). Anyway, when I remove my source all channels is also removed, but when I add the source again I get multple instances of all channels even though the XMLTV-file only contains one reference per channel. So in the TV-Guide all channels appear but only one per "real" channel has any data. Has anyone seen this before and know how to get rid off the extra channels? Is the channels saved anywhere so I can manually remove them?? Thanks Whiskeyjack |

You cannot get rid of them unless you delete your entire Sage database (Wiz.bin), which means deleting all your watched history and all data for your TV shows.

Hi i was having the same problem. There are 3 grabbers in the netherlands. And they don't work all the time. Now i have found out that by settings the channels back to the default number the obsolete channels disappeared. i have no idee why but it cleaned up the list nicely. Sage was not running in service mode at that moment.
