Question Full Screen at 640x480?

Does anyone know if there is a way to have Sage show full screen at 640x480, but switch back to desktop resolution when it is in windowed mode? I assume this would help the TV image, at least according to http://www.cask-of-amontillado.com/pvr_reg.html#_Set_(pre)filter_settings,_and_make_

Since I am using both a monitor and a tv (nvidia card) in clone mode, I can't have a different resolution on the tv.

If this isn't possible now, should I issue it as a feature request?

That is a feature request. BeyondTV and other PVR software programs do this.

Also Just and FYI. The best resolution for TV output is usually 720x480 since this is NTSC standard and it makes the job of the Video card easier since they will be converting what ever is sent out to 720x480 interlaced. The down side to this is that you have to adjust the OSD to compensate for the Over Scan on the TV.

I have an NVidia Card as well and found that 720x480 was best with my Sony 25" TV. I would say at least give it a shot and see if you like it better.

You could also use PowerStrip to do this based on application.
