about to purchase 2nd card: PVR-150 retail

Currently have Plextor ConvertX and StreamZap remote.

Looking at the price of the USB-UIRT ~ $50 compared to the PVR 150 retail which is on sale now ~ $70 AR, I can't really see a reason not to spend the little extra $ and get a 2nd tuner w/ IR Blaster.

Anything I show know about setting up the IR Blaster? Do I need to unplug my StreamZap remote and use the Hauppage remote?
