Set Don't Like -- STILL RECORDS!
I have intelligent record on. I have been going through my scheduled recordings and finding the ones I don't like and setting them to "Don't Like." They get removed from the list and I’m thinking, good, it won’t record Martha Stuart again. I come back the next day and there it is, scheduled to record the thing again.
Can somebody explain this? BTW – I have sageMC STV installed. |

You are probably seeing additional episodes of that series, not the same ones. If you mark more episodes as Don't Like, it should get the hint & stop adding them to the schedule. I've had to do that quite a few times for some shows. And/Or, you coud try the aggressive_negative_profiling property: see p. 176 of the v2.1 manual in your SageTV directory.

The key to this is Viewing History. It seems that if there is just one show in the history of an episode that is marked watched or even unmarked, it continues to pick them up. Go to viewing history and mark all episodes don't like and it will quit recording them.
