Rerecording watched favorites
I'm having an issue that's cropped up a couple of times. Here's the latest instance. I have "Best Week Ever" 1st runs set as a favorite. A few days ago it recorded an episode. I watched the episode, and then deleted it manually. It was marked watched (I used the Cayars "Delete, watch, liked" menu entry after the episode was over).
I just noticed that it rerecorded it last night. It's the same episode as the one recorded a few days ago. This has happened to me a couple of other times in the past with favorites that I watched and then deleted... the same episode was rerecorded when it reaired at a later date. Does this ring any bells? Thanks.

FAQ: If I delete a show, will it be recorded again?
Does that show have unique show IDs for each episode? Edit: If they are unique, then it shouldn't be recording the show again if it is marked as Watched. - Andy

Wow... 3 minute response time. Not bad!
The episode number of the show that was rerecorded is EP6253580042 The Feb 4th episode is EP6253580043 The Feb 11th episode is EP6253580044 So, yeah, it does look like that they have unique episode numbers. In addition, IIRC the rerecords of the shows were already marked watched. I'll check to see if this most recent rerecord is marked watch when I get home tonight.

Just an update. Just looked at my machine using the webserver and it turns out that I was wrong about the watched flag. The rerecord is NOT marked watch. So I guess that this means that even though I marked the original show watched... it must have gotten reset or something when I deleted it. Hm.
