Hauppauge WinTV 150 Closed Caption with SageTV

I am running SageTV v2.1 and have read the last appendix in the manual regarding Closed Caption support. I noticed most of the documentation is focused on WinTV 250 and 350.

Does anyone know if SageTV v2.1 will support Hauppauge WinTV 150 to display Closed Caption? I modified the property file following the instructions in the manual and now I can get the "Closed Caption" option in the option dialog. However, it always show "Off" and when I highlight it and try to select, it does not offer any choice. Anyone has experience with setting up WinTV 150 for Close Caption?

Thanks

The shortcut way of supporting Closed Captions via the PVR 250s drivers is all that Sage supports. The proper way of supporting Closed Captions so that most capture card would be supported seems to be a non priority for Frey. Even though it has been asked for many many times there's no word that they are even interested in pleasing their customers in this respect.

Not to mention the overdue inclusion of "Exclusive Fullscreen" mode.
