Radio Shack: MVP $80, clearance

I thought this was a good price. Went to RS for something completely different yesterday, and saw this. Picked it up on the premise that I can play with it for 30 days and return it if it doesn't do what I like.

I fully expect this to be a phased-out product, with some wireless replacement (a guess). But if you want an MVP, $80 seems like a good price point. If this exceeds expectations, I might keep it, although I don't have my house wired yet. Next project, if/when I get the time.

I found 2 mvp's at one of the local circuit city's, it's a store less traveled by many which could be the reason they had some but i'm thining of pickcing them up. I already had 2 mvp's and i'm using one as a client for sage now. I'm building a sage system for my parents and the mvp's would be good for the guest room and bedroom.
