Difference between WinTV PVR-500 and PVR-500MCE

What is the difference between the WinTV PVR-500 and the WinTV PVR-500MCE? I have the PVR-500MCE. Aside from some Windows MCE 2005 drivers, what makes the two cards different? They look identical in their photos and descriptions.

Also, how do I get the FM radio to work? I'd like to try it out.

Because the MCE is "meant for MCE" thus it includes only drivers, no software to use it. All the MCE versions are like that.

Well I'm a newbie so be nice. Haha.
I'm a quick learner though, so don't expect me to writhe in pain for too long.
