Channel 8 is showing channel 13, channel 13 shows channel 13

I was watching ER on channel 8 and recording channel 13. I decided I no longer wanted to record channel 13 so I did a "Stop Recording". My Diskeeper kicked in so I changed some settings in Diskeeper, exited Sage, rebooted the computer and reopened Sage. Now after the reboot, I go back to channel 8, ER, and it's Frasier on channel 13. So then I go to channel 13 and it's as it should be - channel 13. So I'm getting channel 13 on two channels. What's up?

Now that ER has ended, the messed up channels are back to right (13 is 13 and 8 is 8). Weird.

The tuner is the PVR-350. The cable comes right out of the wall, into a 2-way splitter and each 350 gets a cable. No external cable box. I've never had this problem before but then again, I haven't used the BETA software before either. I'll submit this to BETA tech support, too.
