TV picture quality via SVIDEO...

OK, I found out something interesting yesterday after installing my new 6600GT video card. I had real poor quality and choppy video performance when running a DUAL (monitor and Svideo SDTV) setup. As soon as I switched to just Svideo SDTV out the picture was exceptionally good. Like night and day! I assume the card can handle driving two monitors, so whats the deal? Where is my weak link here.?

My current system...
Asus A7V880
768MB DDR2100
Athlon 1800+
XFX NVidia 6600GT AGP
40 and 250 Gig Drives
PVR-250
Onboard Nvidia SoundMAX Digital out
Enermax 420W power Supply

Sage 2.2.3 w/Nvidia DVD decoders. VMR9, 3d enabled. Latest drivers for all components.

I am guessing processor or power supply, since I switched the 768 out for a stick of 512 of DDR2700 and there was no difference. XFX reccomends a PSU of AT LEAST 450w (Witch I thought was a bit high). My eventual goal is to run DVI out to a HDTV projector.

Anyone run into this?

Jeff
