Playback error

I'm trying to configure sageTv on a new pc with my pvr-350 but when I try to add new tuner source I have this error message:

"there was a Playback error in playback.
Details: sage.playback exception:Error (-4,0x8004022f): there was a problem rendering the video portion of the content for playback."

could you help me?
