What is PM CurrState=1 mean in log?

What does PM CurrState=1 wakeup mean in the log file?

Also, why is it scheduling to do something in 1969?????

How about Power Management that perhaps isn't turned on, so it is not scheduled to wake up, thus scheduled time is 0 = 12-31-1969? See one of the Epoch time converters posted to the forum a while back.
