Having trouble downloading the Beta

I don't seem to be able to download the beta?

I can ping the download server, just no response from a download?

I'm also unable to get any program guide data during the setup routine.

I suspect that the download server has stopped responding to requests on port 80.

This outage also effects those users starting from scratch - the servers must also hold the EPG data for various cities and towns. I reformatted and reinstalled only to have Sage time out when searching for EPG data for my ZIP code.

Other users are also reporting this timeout issue, and combined with the beta download failures, I think we have a hurtin' server somewhere!

I hope they get it active soon, as I don't want to miss this afternoon's late football games!!!

Had to go in and hand-config another tuner today (working with the DCT2000 plugin), since I couldn't download the channel lineups. I figure they'll have it all squared away by tomorrow morning..
