TV Recording problem after 2.1 upgrade
I upgraded to 2.1 am running in service mode with the service logging in as the user that is logged into the Sage server. I am using \\servername\sage\tv , \\servername\sage\video, \\servername\sage\audio for my paths and most of my old recordings won't play I get the error: There was an error playing the selection of: ERROR(-2): Files selected for playback are no longer on disk. I've tried from a client and the server with the same result. The files are there and play if I double click on them. Any ideas?

Well I just noticed that the properties of the TV recordings are showing the old path with the drive letter that was mapped when I was using 2.0, is there any easy way to change this? If not I'll just move them to the video directory but I'd prefer to keep them where they are if it can be done.

For whatever reason, SageTV can't see the recordings where they used to exist -- whether you changed drive letters/paths/etc or perhaps it just doesn't have permission to see that drive/path. As long as it can't see the old location, it will still consider the files to be in their old locations & won't remove them, thinking that perhaps the network connection was simply lost temporarily. This was mentioned towards the bottom of the FAQ posts, where it discusses moving recordings or changing to UNC paths.
